Transparent pricing.
Many hotel, resort, and cruise reservations can be arranged without an additional planning fee. In these cases, I'm compensated by the travel partners you book with.
For journeys that involve more extensive research, personalized itinerary design, or additional coordination, a planning fee may apply. The fee is based on the scope of your trip and the planning involved.
If a planning fee applies, we'll discuss it before any paid planning begins, so you'll always know what to expect.

Does it cost more to book through a travel advisor?
Not necessarily. Many reservations can be made without an additional planning fee, and I can often access preferred rates or benefits through my travel partners. Pricing varies by property and booking, and I'll always explain any applicable planning fees before we begin.
Can I work with you if I’ve already chosen my hotel or destination?
Absolutely. Whether you've already found the perfect hotel or are still deciding where to go, I can help with reservations, explore your options, and make recommendations based on your plans.
Can you help with flights, transportation, tours, and other reservations?
Yes. Depending on your trip, I can help coordinate flights, transportation, tours, and other experiences alongside your accommodations. Some arrangements have different booking requirements or fees, which I'll explain as we plan.
What happens if my travel plans change?
Travel doesn't always go exactly as planned. If something changes, I can help you understand your options and work with the relevant travel partners on arrangements I've helped book. Changes are subject to supplier policies and availability.
